Training Facilities
- Selected candidates undergo extensive training at the LAJ Training Academy and Training Centre situated in Bangalore and Hyderabad.
- The curriculum is as per the regulations laid down by the Private Security Agency Regulation Act,2005.
- In addition to lessons on basic guarding skills, the candidate undergoes training in basics of Firefighting, First Aid, Self Defence and customized training as per the requirement of the client
- The security guards also undergo refresher courses as per their pre planned training schedule from time to time through our Qualified and experienced Training Instructors.
