Day 1 : Introduction of Transition Team Risk & Threat Analysis (Internal & External)
Day 2 : Placement & Introduction of Assignment Manager Develop a Deployment plan
Day 3-5 : Manage recruitment and selection of security personnel
Day 6 : Documentation and Induction of security team
Day 7- 9 : Training of Selected Manpower as per the desired QR’s
Day 10 : Issuance of Uniform Preparation of Site and Post Instructions Liaison with Local Police and Authorities
Day 11- 12 : Overlapping and On Site Training of Super visor y Posts Actual Deployment as per Deployment Plan
Post Deployment :
- Regular Training by Training Officer
- Implement Continual Improvements in Service Delivery
- Continuous Communication and Relationship Management
- Manage Ser vice Operations Effectively
